Amazon Arts Camp

Amazon Arts Camp youthAges 3-15

Imagine, play and create! Amazon Arts Camps offer a wide variety of themes and topics to explore. Art instructors, educators and recreation staff provide a safe and fun atmosphere. Campers should bring snacks, water bottle and sunscreen. No extended care available. Campers ages 3-5 must be potty trained. For camps over $100, $25 non-refundable deposit due at registration, full camp fee due three weeks prior to start of camp.


All 2023 Amazon Arts Camps are currently waitlist only. Waitlists range between 0 and 50+ depending on the camp. You can add your child to camp waitlists via your Eugene Rec account.

Morse Farm Outdoor Summer Camp

Morse Farm CampersAges 6-11

Located at Wayne Morse Family Farm, recreation staff provide a safe place for participants to play all day long on 27 acres of woods and meadows. Activities include arts and crafts, group games, sports and board games. Two full days each week are spent on field trips either to a beautiful and fun out-of-town outdoor area or to Amazon Pool and a local park. Campers should bring a big lunch, a water bottle, sunscreen, swimsuit and towel every day. No extended care available. $25 non-refundable deposit due at registration, full camp fee due three weeks prior to start of camp.


All 2023 Morse Farm Outdoor Camps are currently waitlist only. Waitlists range between 50 and 100. You can add your child to camp waitlists via your Eugene Rec account.

Camp Forms

Questions about the waitlist?

We fill spots from the waitlist as they become available. It's hard to predict how many spots will open up and when. If a spot opens up and your child is next on the waitlist, we will contact you via the Account Holder’s phone number and email. Please make sure to keep your contact information current on your Eugene Rec account and let us know if you will be unreachable for any length of time if you’re near the top of the waitlist.


You can check your waitlist position by logging into your Eugene Rec account, clicking “Account” near the top left of the screen, then clicking “Waiting List Status” on the right sidebar menu.


Need to withdraw?

To withdraw from Amazon Arts Camp or Morse Farm Outdoor Camp, you can contact us at amazoncenter@eugene-or.gov stating the name of the camper, the name and dates of the camp and the reason for withdrawal (if any). Please make sure to review our refund policy below.


*Note that Amazon Center cannot process withdrawals for camps run by Petersen Barn, Sheldon Center or River House Outdoor Center.


Refund Policy

All withdrawals are subject to a withdrawal fee (per camp and per camper). For each camp under $100, the withdrawal fee is $10. For each camp over $100, the withdrawal fee is $25. Withdrawal requests must be made seven or more calendar days before the first day of the camp for a refund (less the withdrawal fee). No refund will be made if the withdrawal is requested six or fewer calendar days before the first day of the camp, with the exception of a medical reason or relocation.
