Flu Immunizations

Flu ClinicYou have options for how you get your annual flu shot!

Option 1:  City of Eugene Flu Clinics

No appointment necessary - The City of Eugene is offering free flu vaccinations for all City of Eugene Regular and Temporary employees, and their family members age 18+ on the City's health plans.  Attendance at an onsite City flu clinic is considered work time if during normal working hours and with supervisor approval to attend.

IMPORTANT! 

Flu Information: Print and sign the Flu / COVID Consent Form -(English) (Spanish) and bring it with you to your immunization visit.  

COVID Booster Information:  Some clinics will also have a limited supply of COVID boosters available on a first come basis until they run out. These boosters will be billed through your health insurance and paid based on your plan design. A co-pay or coinsurance may apply. Please complete the health insurance portion of the consent form if you intend to get a COVID booster.

  • October 19, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., FitCity Wellness Center

    1010 Oak St., Classroom. Free parking in Overpark Garage

  • October 24, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., Downtown Public Library 
    - COVID boosters offered

    100 W. 10th Ave, Bascom/Tykeson Room

  • October 25, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., EPD Headquarters (EPD staff only) 
    COVID boosters offered

  • October 26, 9:30 - 11:00 a.m., Hilyard Community Center

Option 2:  Pharmacy, Provider, or County Health Department

Visit a participating pharmacy to receive a flu vaccination at no cost for members covered under the City’s health plans. See the PacificSource website for more information.

You may also visit your doctor or a County Health Department with benefits paid as outlined in your Benefits Handbook. Bring your PacificSource member ID card. This option would be on your own time, not considered paid City time.

Option 3:  Cascade Health Solutions Drop-in Clinics 

No appointment necessary
Tuesdays and Thursdays| Noon to 3 pm
